About Us
The Barn is a place Chanse and Katie started to make fitness more convenient. As time has passed, it has grown to make fitness more convenient for friends and family. The Barn runs solely on member contributions- all athlete contributions are put towards the well being and function of The Barn. It is a place with a positive and encouraging atmosphere for friends and family to share their love of fitness. Most recently, The Barn has become home to Katie's passion, health and wellness. Katie now offers personal training, nutrition coaching, weight loss programs, wellness coaching and meal prep through Strength & Wellness with Katie. A goal with some of the clients coming to personal training is to eventually transition them over to being members of The Barn.
